A simple and indulgent pumpkin cold foam topping for cold brew coffee made with just five everyday ingredients, perfect for cozy fall mornings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) cold brew coffee
  • 2 tablespoons (30 grams) pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • ½ cup (120 ml) milk of choice (whole milk, almond milk, or oat milk)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) vanilla extract
  • Optional: pinch of ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
  • Optional: dash of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 cup (240 ml) of cold brew coffee into your glass. Ensure it is well chilled.
  2. In a blender or frother, combine ½ cup (120 ml) cold milk, 2 tablespoons (30 grams) pumpkin puree, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) maple syrup, and ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) vanilla extract.
  3. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until the mixture doubles in volume and looks light and frothy. If using a jar, close tightly and shake vigorously for about 1 minute until creamy foam forms.
  4. Slowly spoon or gently pour the pumpkin foam over the cold brew to create a thick, creamy layer on top.
  5. Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice on top for extra fall flavor.

Notes

Keep milk and pumpkin puree cold for best foam texture. Serve immediately as foam loses volume over time. Use whole milk for creamiest foam or oat milk for best dairy-free option. Avoid overdoing pumpkin puree to keep foam airy.
