  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (e.g., Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough (about 12-inch size)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (full-fat recommended)
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk (or milk with a splash of lemon juice as substitute)
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone inside the oven to heat for at least 30 minutes if using.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss the cooked chicken with olive oil, buffalo wing sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside to marinate.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter.
  4. Transfer the dough to a piece of parchment paper.
  5. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough. Scatter the buffalo chicken pieces on top. Add crumbled blue cheese if using, then top with remaining mozzarella.
  6. Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and slightly browned. Rotate halfway if needed.
  7. While baking, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to make the ranch drizzle.
  8. Remove pizza from oven and let cool 2-3 minutes. Drizzle ranch sauce over the top and sprinkle sliced green onions.
  9. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

If buffalo sauce is too watery, simmer briefly before tossing chicken to prevent soggy pizza. Let dough rest 20 minutes before rolling for better flexibility. Use parchment paper to transfer pizza easily. For dairy-free, use vegan cheese and dairy-free mayo and milk alternatives. For gluten-free, use cauliflower or almond flour crust.
