A quick and easy snack featuring frozen cheese ravioli air fried to a crispy golden brown, served with a tangy marinara dipping sauce. Perfect for casual gatherings or a comforting treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces frozen cheese ravioli
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil spray or light olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Toss the frozen ravioli in a mixing bowl with olive oil spray or 1-2 tablespoons light olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the ravioli in a single layer inside the air fryer basket without overcrowding. Cook in batches if necessary.
  4. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy. Watch closely around 7 minutes to avoid burning.
  5. While the ravioli cooks, warm the marinara sauce in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes.
  6. Transfer the cooked ravioli to a serving plate and garnish with fresh basil if desired.
  7. Serve immediately with the warm marinara dipping sauce on the side.

Notes

Ensure ravioli are fully frozen before cooking for best crispiness. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to prevent soggy ravioli. Flip halfway through cooking for even browning. Reheat leftovers in the air fryer at 350°F for 3-4 minutes to restore crispiness. Avoid microwaving leftovers as it makes them soggy.
