A quick and easy creamy spinach artichoke dip made with just five simple ingredients, perfect for parties or cozy snacks. This dip blends creamy cheese with fresh spinach and tangy artichokes for a crowd-pleasing appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 10 oz (280 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
  • 14 oz (400 g) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • ½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Drain the thawed frozen spinach by squeezing out as much water as possible using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth.
  3. Drain and chop the marinated artichoke hearts into bite-sized pieces, then pat dry with paper towels to remove excess oil.
  4. In a mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and stir with a spatula until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
  5. Fold in the drained spinach, chopped artichokes, grated Parmesan, and shredded mozzarella. Mix gently but thoroughly. If mixture is too stiff, add about 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of milk to loosen.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly into an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking dish and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly. If browning too fast after 15 minutes, loosely cover with foil.
  8. Let the dip rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Drain spinach and artichokes thoroughly to avoid watery dip. Use room temperature cream cheese for smooth mixing. Watch baking time to prevent burning. Can be made in an air fryer at 375°F for 12-15 minutes or served no-bake by chilling for 1 hour. For dairy-free or vegan versions, substitute cream cheese and cheeses with plant-based alternatives.
