  • 8 soft slider buns or dinner rolls, split
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced pickles (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Slice the slider buns horizontally but keep them attached if possible. Place the bottom half in a baking dish, laying them close together.
  4. Brush the bottom buns lightly with melted butter.
  5. Layer the corned beef evenly over the bottom buns, about 2 ounces per slider.
  6. Sprinkle caraway seeds over the beef if using.
  7. Add a layer of thinly sliced pickles if desired.
  8. Spread the mustard-mayo sauce evenly on the inside of the top buns.
  9. Place Swiss cheese slices over the corned beef layer.
  10. Cover with the top buns, pressing gently to compact the sliders.
  11. Brush the tops of the buns with remaining melted butter.
  12. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  13. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.
  14. Optional: Remove foil and broil for 1-2 minutes to toast the tops, watching carefully to avoid burning.
  15. Let the sliders rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
